Automatic acceptance
We check URL format, duplicate URLs, submission limits, restricted domains and text patterns. We exclude affiliate links, shorteners and direct checkout or payment destinations. Small or unfamiliar websites are eligible under the same rules.
Network screening
The submitted domain must resolve to public addresses through Cloudflare’s malware and adult-content filtering DNS service. Confirmed filtering or private-network destinations block publication. If this service is unavailable, new submissions wait privately and retry automatically; we do not bypass the required check.
Redirects and availability
A bounded server-side request checks redirects without executing remote scripts or storing the page. Redirect destinations go through the same network and link-policy checks. Ordinary bot protection, timeouts or response-format quirks do not alone reject a link after the required base checks pass. This is not a complete malware scan or a review of all website content.
Retries and periodic checks
Temporary failures retry automatically with increasing delays. New submissions that cannot complete the required checks within seven days expire. Published links are scheduled for rechecking every seven days by default. Confirmed violations hide a listing; a temporary screening outage alone does not remove an existing listing. Processing can be delayed by queue size or service outages.
Reports and control
A visitor report requests an earlier automatic check; the allegation alone does not remove a listing. Subjective concerns, correction requests and rights complaints may still need attention from the operator. Confirmed automatic policy violations are quarantined. The operator can also remove or block a listing when necessary.
Independence and limitations
Accepted entries appear newest first. Donations do not purchase acceptance or priority. Automated screening can miss problems or produce false positives. Destinations can change between checks. Use your own judgement before entering information, buying or downloading anything.
